How far in advance do I need to book a birthday party?
Parties are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis and are subject to availability.
A deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking to hold your time and date.

Is a deposit REQUIRED for a party?
Yes, a $50 deposit is required to make a reservation. Sorry, no party time is held without a deposit.
Do I get my deposit back?
Your deposit amount is taken off your total bill at the end of your party. The balance of your party is due when your party is over.
Do I have our party room for the entire 2-hour party time?
No, you actually have your party room for 45 minutes. That time begins 30 minutes after your scheduled party begins. This allows time for your guests to arrive and the children to play before eating and unwrapping gifts.
Does Party Central supply the cake?
No, you will need to bring your cake and candles. You may also bring your own ice cream, but those are the only food items allowed cake and ice cream. If you would like to purchase ice cream at Party Central, we have Dippin' Dots on our menu.
Does party Central supply party plates, napkins, cups, etc.?
If you would like themed party goods, you may bring your own. Party Central supplies generic, no themed paper goods, including party plates, napkins and cups.
Is there a cancellation fee if I cancel my party?
Yes, there is a $15 cancellation fee applied if you cancel your party for ANY reason. It is required to give us 72 hours notice from the time and date of your scheduled party for the remainder $35 to be returned.
Can I just rent a party room?
Yes, you may rent a room for $50 plus tax for the scheduled 45 minutes we allow on the weekends. If more time is needed, you may want to schedule a weekday party since traffic is slower during the week and we will be more capable of allowing a longer room time. Your deposit on a room is non-refundable if cancelled.
Does the birthday party include invitations?
Invitations are available for our customers to download (26MB) on our website. Sorry, we do not print your invitations for you.
How long is my party?
Your party is scheduled for 2 hours and you will have a Birthday Party Host/Hostess assigned to you for those 2 hours. After those 2 hours, your hostess will then move to his/her next scheduled party. He/she will take your party ticket to the cashier for you to close out your tab at this time. You may stay as long as you would like and will continue to receive the birthday rates on your activities for the remainder of the day as long as you show your birthday wristband at the cash register for your special rates.
How and when is the balance paid on a birthday party?
Balance is paid after the party is over. It may be settled with Cash, Visa or MasterCard only. Sorry, no personal checks will be accepted. An optional gratuity for your hostess is NOT included in your total cost and the amount is at your discretion.
When should we arrive for our party?
It is recommended that you arrive approximately 10-15 minutes before your scheduled party begins to go over the information we have and order any extra food items, guests list questions, etc.
Do I need to bring a guest list?
Yes, it is extremely helpful when we have a list to refer to while guests are arriving for your scheduled party. Otherwise, you may be charged for someone you may not want on the guest list.
What if I arrive late for my party? We will do our best to accommodate you and your guests; however, our room times run on a strict schedule, so your party may be asked to relocate to another place in our facility. On some occasions, that may be outside at a picnic table area.
When do I need to give a final guest count for my birthday party?
If your guest count does not exceed the 24 recommended children to a room, it will not be necessary to give us that number until the day of your party. If you will need more room, you may consider paying the extra $50 for an extra room at the time of booking to be certain you have the available space, especially if you will be expecting a large number of adults to attend.
